Henry is the International Liaison Partner of the UHY Brand in Ghana. He was the financial controller of Knight Piesold consulting a world class consulting company within seventeen countries across the global.
He is an experienced and versatile professional, talented with strong leadership skills, knowledge of high technological system applied to a variety of business processes in an organization, commercially aware, adept at introducing change in an organization.
He has rich experience in internal audit, having worked in the UK and within the African continent. He was among a team of consultants who worked with the Internal Audit Agency (IAA), who advised the government on cost reduction on utility bills and other expenses. He also worked as a consultant for MTN, a leading mobile telephone company on decommissioning, fixed asset management and other financial management techniques, business process for efficient and effectiveness-and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
He was a Senior Associate Consultant with the assurance practice of PwC Ghana, providing financial management and assurance service to donor funded projects, Government ministries and agencies. Some of the organizations of work experience are as follows:
Henry joined Voscon and spearheaded the process of guiding the firm to UHY member network which has now become a reality. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a member of the Chartered Institute of securities and investment UK and Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana {ICG}. He is also a member the network Branch of ACCA Ghana, overseeing training and development; a committee which facilitates continuous professional development (CPD) for the members, further, he is also good in researching into new accounting issues and other business solutions.
